🎁💙 Spreading Holiday Cheer! Our Student Government, in partnership with the Opelousas Rotary Club, organized a heartwarming initiative to bring joy and comfort to nursing home residents. The Shoppe D’Noël Care Packages for Seniors drive was a beautiful example of our students giving back and supporting our community. Thank you to everyone who contributed to making this project a success! 🌟

The Beta Club held its annual induction ceremony on Friday, December 5, welcoming its newest members into the organization. Parents, guardians, and all current members were invited to attend this special event in celebration of academic excellence, leadership, and service.

During the ceremony, the club proudly recognized not only newly inducted students but also all transferring members who have joined the school’s chapter this year. Their accomplishments and commitment to the values of Beta Club were honored alongside the new inductees.

The event served as a meaningful reminder of the importance of scholarship, character, and community involvement, and the Beta Club looks forward to the positive impact these students will continue to make throughout the year.

🎄✨ MACA Shines in the Opelousas Children’s Christmas Parade! ✨🎄 Tonight, our MACA students proudly represented our school in the Opelousas Children’s Christmas Parade! From leading the parade while carrying the parade flag, to dressing as fan-favorite characters like princesses, minions, and even an elf, our students brought the holiday spirit to life. Our MACA Step Team stomped their way down the route with energy and pride, and we even spotted a few familiar MACA faces marching with the St. Landry Interact Club. So proud of the way our students continue to shine—both at school and in our hometown community! 💙💛🎅

💼✨ Today, our MACA JAG students had the opportunity to hear from Mr. Joshua St. Cyr of Martin & Castille Funeral Home. He shared insight into his everyday responsibilities, how he manages the emotional and professional demands of the industry, and the journey that led him to become a funeral director. Students also learned about the valuable skills needed to serve families with compassion, organization, and professionalism. We are grateful for the knowledge and real-world perspective he shared with our future leaders. 🙌 #MACAJAG #CareerExploration #GuestSpeaker #FuneralServices #FutureReady #ProfessionalSkills
